Drs. Benn, Pierce and Laguna present monthly weight loss surgery information sessions. Sessions include a discussion of the history of weight loss surgery, surgery qualifications, surgery risks and benefits, as well as information on the weight loss surgery program itself. 6-7:30 p.m. at Fairview Southdale Hospital.

Drs. Laguna, Pierce and Bailey attended the 2008 National Hernia Symposium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is designed to provide general surgeons with a comprehensive view of all the latest topics and techniques in hernia repair.
