Appointments
Before you schedule an appointment, it's always wise to confirm that your insurance will cover it. If your plan requires a referral, make sure you obtain one from your primary care physician.
You’ll want to have your insurance information and your appointment calendar on hand when you set up an office visit. Simply call the office that’s most convenient for you. For the exact location of either office click here.
Both of our offices are open from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. (Appointments cannot be scheduled through this website.)
An office representative will call to pre-register you before your first visit to insure that everything runs smoothly. We want your consultation to be as easy and comfortable as possible!
On occasion, the need to perform an emergency surgery may prevent your physician from seeing you on schedule. We ask for your understanding and patience should your appointment be delayed.
Surgery
Should you need surgery, our staff will schedule it through your surgeon’s hospital. All SCPA physicians do their surgery at either Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina or Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville.
